New Executive Assistant with a Strategic Focus

With the appointment of Christian Zerwes, the role of Executive Assistant has been newly created and filled with a highly qualified professional. Holding a degree in Business Administration, he previously worked in management consulting and brings extensive experience in analysis, organisational development and process optimisation.

At MAGNA sweets, he takes on a central role in the company’s strategic development. His focus is on designing efficient structures, optimising processes and supporting sustainable organisational growth.

 

Marketing with Industry and Professional Expertise

In Marketing, Chiara Lüders is responsible for strategic brand communication. Trained as a Marketing Communications Specialist, she successfully completed her advanced qualification as a Bachelor Professional of Marketing shortly before joining the company.

She previously worked in the promotional products industry, giving her a strong understanding of market requirements and target groups. Her focus lies on clear positioning, digital initiatives and a modern, consistent brand presence.

In our in-house printing department, Mohammed Elouardi, Anja Mittler and Kashyap Jagani have joined the production team. All bring solid expertise in printing and finishing, helping to ensure the high quality standards of our customised promotional confectionery.

In IT, Sneha Shivalkar and Amitkumar Vora support the further development of our technical infrastructure. With their expertise, they drive digitalisation processes and ensure stable, future-proof systems.

In Accounting, Daniela Oberhofer complements the team with strong commercial expertise and supports the structured development of administrative processes.
